Wrongly Accused Of Sexual Harassment

Q.I have been falsely accused of sexual harassment by a male employee who, among other things, has apparently used my computer after hours at work to send suggestive e-mails to himself. The company is using our corporate counsel to conduct the investigation and he says the e-mail evidence can not be "ignored." Should I hire a private investigator? The internal investigator says this would jeopardize the internal investigation but I don't want to get fired! How can I prove my innocence?

A.You might just wait to see what they come up with. Be sure they get proof the emails were sent from your computer when you weren't there. Should be easy to prove.
